How it Works

Each badge book matches one of the Phonics Trainer tools and includes a list of all the words your child will practice inside that tool. As they use the tool and master each word, you check them off together. Once the list is complete, your child colors in the badge on the cover to celebrate their progress.

It’s a great way to stay involved, keep track of what they’ve learned, and turn progress into something they can see and feel proud of.

Tips for Parents

Help your child get the most out of the badge books:

  • Print the badge book before they start.
    Use it as a guide while they use the interactive phonics tools.

  • Check off each word or skill as they master it. The badge cover should only be colored in when everything inside is solid.
